Grilled halloumi salad
Heat the pack of John West Creations Salmon with Giant Couscous and Lentils according to the package instructions.
Pile into a wide bowl.
Heat a grill pan or frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Heat the halloumi for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and lightly charred.
Immediate remove and add to the bowl.
Drizzle over some olive oil and balsamic vinegar to serve.
- 1 pack of John West Creations Salmon with Giant Couscous and Lentils
- 50g halloumi cheese, thickly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
