PREPARATION METHOD

Arrange the John West Creations Salmon with Bulgur Wheat and Chickpeas in a small bowl, then place on a large platter.

Arrange the hummus, radishes, artichokes, olives and cucmbers on the platter.

Serve with warmed pitta breads. 

  • Ingredients
  • 1 pack of John West Creations Salmon with Bulgur Wheat and Chickpeas
  • 1 pot of red pepper hummus, or a range of your favourite flavours
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 marinated artichokes
  • 1 marinated olives
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 pitta breads, halved and warmed
