Moroccan mezze platter
Arrange the John West Creations Salmon with Bulgur Wheat and Chickpeas in a small bowl, then place on a large platter.
Arrange the hummus, radishes, artichokes, olives and cucmbers on the platter.
Serve with warmed pitta breads.

- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 marinated artichokes
- 1 marinated olives
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 pitta breads, halved and warmed
