Sesame soy avocado snack
Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Slice the flesh in the skin into cubes, then scoop out into a bowl. Drizzle over the lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Serve with a pack of John West Creations Salmon with Wild Rice and Lentils on a bed of mixed leaves.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 reduced-sodium soy sauce
