PREPARATION METHOD
Heat the John West Creations Tuna with Wild Rice and Lentils according to the package instructions.
Add to a large bowl and toss with the rocket.
Divide the mixture in two and pile each half onto the poppadoms. Add a spoonful of mango chutney to the top to serve.

- 1 pack of John West Creations Tuna with Wild Rice and Lentils
- 2 large handfuls of rocket
- 2 poppadoms
- 2 tbsp mango chutney

- 1 pack of John West Creations Salmon with Giant Couscous and Lentils
- 50g halloumi cheese, thickly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
