Tuna and Sweetcorn Panini
An old favourite, perfect for a speedy and tasty snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tin(s) John West Tuna in Brine, drained
- 2 individual panini rolls or ciabatta rolls, halved lengthways
- 1 tbs tinned sweetcorn in water, drained
- 1 tbs mayonnaise
PREPERATION METHOD
In a bowl, mix together the tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise and season with pepper.
Toast the panini halves on both sides and fill with the tuna mayonnaise mixture.
