A tasty catch, full of Omega 3.

Sild and skippers are tiny little fish between just 7-12 cm in length, but with the big advantage of being a great natural source of Omega 3.

They’re at their best in the winter months, so naturally that’s when John West catches them in British Coastal waters. Then we pack them by hand in our Scottish canneries. We also smoke our skippers by hand too, with a combination of Douglas Fir, Oak and Beech wood that all adds up to give them a delicious taste.
