Tuna, Mozzarella & Red Onion Bruschetta
A tasty, toasty treat that's stacked with flavour.
Get your grill nice and hot. Toast the baguette slices on both sides.
Rub each piece of bread with the cut side of the garlic and drizzle with the olive oil. Set aside.
Mix together the diced mozzarella, red onion, chopped parsley and the tuna. Season, and pile onto the toasted baguette.
You can either serve them straight away or pop them back under the grill for 2 or 3 minutes until the cheese has melted… mmm!
- 1 can John West Tuna Chunks In Sunflower Oil, lightly drained
- 1 baguette, thickly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- A splash of extra virgin olive oil
- 85g mozzarella, diced
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbs freshly chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
