Sweet Chilli Salmon Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 2 John West Infusions Pots – Sweet Chilli Salmon
- 1 nest noodles (65g raw, 160g cooked)
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely shredded or grated
- 1/4 pepper (green, red or yellow)
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 6 baby corn cobs, thinly sliced
- few sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions then drain and rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Toss all the ingredients together and eat straight away or keep chilled for lunch tomorrow.
