Sweet Chilli Salmon Noodle Salad

  • 2 John West Infusions Pots – Sweet Chilli Salmon
  • 1 nest noodles (65g raw, 160g cooked)
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and finely shredded or grated
  • 1/4 pepper (green, red or yellow)
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 6 baby corn cobs, thinly sliced
  • few sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions then drain and rinse in cold water.

Step 2

Toss all the ingredients together and eat straight away or keep chilled for lunch tomorrow.
